Registration for CVM 2026 is now open. We offer a special early-bird price for the registration completed before (including) 23:59 UTC+8, 10 March, 2026. We also offer discounts for active AsiaGraphics members or students.

Important Notes
- At least one Full registration by the early-bird deadline is required for each accepted paper.
- Both Full and Student registrations grant access to all sessions.
- Student ID Cards will be required on site.
- Accommodation or travel is not included.
- Author registration per paper must be completed under the regular registration category. Student registration cannot be accepted as author registration.

- Cancellation Policy: 70% refund for cancellations on or before March 10, 2026. No refunds thereafter.
- Substitution Policy: Registrations are transferable; the committee cannot assist in finding replacements.
